Please drive through to the back of the property and park in open space, to left of the Tiny Barn.

Drive slowly and be respectful of neighbors. Be mindful not to block access through the driveway for others.

Ojai is very safe. We don’t generally lock the doors.

If you prefer to lock, a key is provided.

Feel free to enjoy, as a cold plunge! Not currently heated.

Rules: No glass. No diving - pool is shallow.

Use at own risk.

Mini Split heat and AC, remote control provided.

Please turn off before you leave for the day.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided in the drawers under bed.

Please drop used linens by Pool House and we’ll wash them.

If you’d like to do personal laundry, reach out and we’ll make washer and dryer available.

Cleaning service not provided. Please leave the Tiny Barn in the condition you found it.

Cleaning products are provided under the sink, for your convenience.

We appreciate you looking after the Tiny Barn as you’d want your home cared for ♥.

Flush only toilet paper.

Anything else will immediately shut down the system. Done it!

Pick up Mondays.

Trash bins located next to the Tiny House carport.

Please contact us if you’re expecting a package or mail.

We will drop off once received.

Yard maintenance occurs each Friday.

Visitors accept and assume all risks related to use of pool and outside areas and liability from injury occurring on the property.

Submitting payment confirms your assumption of all stated responsibilities and liabilities.
