Parking
Park in open areas, leaving room for cars to pass to the back.
Tiny House: 2 covered carport spaces.
Tiny Barn: 2 spaces to the left of the barn.
Keys + Security
Ojai is very safe. We don’t generally lock the doors.
If you prefer to lock up, a key has been provided.
Pool
Feel free to enjoy, as a cold plunge! Not currently heated.
Rules: No glass + no diving (it’s only 4-5ft deep).
Use at own risk.
Kitchenwares
Feel free to use, drink and eat anything you find!
Main House: Baking, serving trays, roasting pans, paper plates and cups, etc - stored under kitchen built-in seating.
Laundry
Tiny House: Inside bathroom
Main House: Inside Pool House
Housekeeping
Scheduled for Monday, 12/1.
In preparation, please strip beds and place towels and bed linens in Pool House, in front of washing machine.
If you have specific needs, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Heat + AC
Main House: Nest in center hallway.
Tiny House: 2 x mini split units in main house. Remote control provided (symbol key). Queen bungalow, Dyson plug-in heat and AC, power with main unit and remote control for adjustments.
Barn: 1 x mini split unit. Remote control provided.
Garbage + Recycling
Pick up Mondays.
Main House: next to front gate.
Tiny House and Tiny Barn - next to carport.
Toilet
Please, flush only toilet paper.
Anything else will immediately shut down the system. Done it!
Landscaping
Fridays.
Liability
Visitors accept and assume all risks related to use of pool and outside areas and liability from injury occurring on the property.
